BMB 94 Cargo ("we", "us") operates the BMB 94 Cargo mobile application and related services for tracking and managing cargo shipments. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

01Data We Collect

We collect and store the following information: • Account data: your name, phone number, optional e-mail address, and a password. Accounts are created for you by our staff. • Order and shipment data: tracking codes, parcel descriptions, weight and volume, route and delivery status, and prices. • Payment records: amounts paid, payment method, and date, recorded by our staff when you pay. • Photos of parcels uploaded by our staff to document your cargo. • Technical data: a device name and an authentication token when you sign in to the app.

02How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only to provide the cargo service: • identifying you and your orders; • showing you the status and route of your shipments; • recording and displaying payments and outstanding balances; • contacting you about your shipments.

03Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is visible only to you (in the app) and to our authorized staff (administrators and collectors) who need it to operate the service. We do not share your data with third parties except when required by law.

04Storage and Security

Data is stored on our servers. Passwords used for signing in are stored in hashed form. Access to the administration panel is restricted to authorized personnel. App sessions use token-based authentication, and tokens are invalidated when you log out.

05Data Retention

We keep your account and order history for as long as your account is active or as needed for accounting and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

06Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To do so, contact us using the details on the Contacts screen of the app. We will respond within a reasonable time.

07Children

The service is intended for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

08Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page; significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
